Misakit アカウントとデータの削除
Misakit Project が提供するアプリ「Misakit」で作られたアカウントと、それに関わるデータは、アプリから削除できます。

アプリから削除する
- アプリ右上の人形のアイコンを押し、メニューの「プロフィール」を開きます
- 画面の一番下の「アカウントを削除」を押します
- 確認の画面で「削除する」を押します。Apple のアカウントを連携している場合は、確認のため Apple でサインインします
- 削除が終わると、参加画面に戻ります。電波のない場所では削除できません
アプリが使えない場合（メールで依頼する）
アプリを削除してしまった場合などは、メールで削除をご依頼いただけます。
- ame3dev@gmail.com に、件名を「Misakit アカウント削除依頼」としてメールを送ってください
- 本文に、参加したイベントの名前と、参加時の表示名を書いてください（複数のイベントに参加している場合は、すべて）。Apple または Google のアカウントを連携している場合は、その旨もお書きください
- 表示名とイベントから、該当する参加記録を特定します。特定できないときは、追加でお尋ねします
- 依頼を受けてから 30 日以内に削除し、完了をメールでお知らせします
参加コードやパスワードは不要です。アプリを削除しただけでは、サーバー上のデータは消えません。
削除するデータ
- アカウント（Firebase Authentication の識別子。Apple / Google を連携している場合は、その識別子とメールアドレス）
- 参加記録の表示名、ゼッケン番号、アカウントとの結び付け
- 終了前のイベントの、送信した位置情報、歩数・活動データ、電池残量の履歴、チェックポイントの通過報告と、ライブ画面でのあなたの表示
- この端末に残っている記録（アプリから削除した場合）
保持するデータ
- 終了したイベントの結果（位置・通過時刻）は、表示名を「（退会）」に置き換え、アカウントとの結び付けを外して残します。削除したアカウントの識別子は再び使われないため、同じ Apple / Google のアカウントで入り直しても、この結果には戻れません
- クラッシュ情報（Firebase Crashlytics）は、Firebase の仕様により、記録から 90 日で自動的に消えます。当方から個別に消すことはできません
- 上記のほか、法令上の理由で保持するデータはありません
Deleting your account and data
You can delete your account in the app "Misakit", provided by Misakit Project, and the data tied to it.
Deleting from the app
- Tap the person icon at the top right and open "プロフィール" (Profile) in the menu.
- At the bottom of the screen, tap "アカウントを削除" (Delete account).
- Confirm with "削除する" (Delete). If you linked an Apple account, you sign in with Apple once more to confirm.
- When it is done, the app goes back to the join screen. It needs a connection.
If you cannot use the app (by email)
If you no longer have the app, you can ask us by email.
- Email ame3dev@gmail.com with the subject "Misakit account deletion request".
- In the message, give the name of each event you joined and the display name you used there. If you linked an Apple or Google account, say so.
- We find your entry from the display name and the event, and ask you for more details if we cannot.
- We delete the data within 30 days of your request and let you know by email when it is done.
No join code or password is needed. Uninstalling the app does not delete the data on our servers.
Data we delete
- Your account (the Firebase Authentication identifier; if you linked Apple or Google, its identifier and email address)
- The display name, bib number and link to your account on your entries
- For events that have not ended: the positions, step and activity data, battery levels and checkpoint reports you sent, and your entry on the viewer page
- The records left on your device (when deleted from the app)
Data we keep
- Results of ended events (positions and checkpoint times) are kept with the display name replaced by "（退会）" (left) and no link to the account. The deleted account's identifier is never used again, so signing in again with the same Apple or Google account does not bring these results back.
- Crash reports (Firebase Crashlytics) are removed automatically by Firebase 90 days after they are recorded. We cannot delete them individually.
- We keep no other data for legal reasons.
